There can never have been a finer example of how the chi really does follow the form than on the recent Yin Feng Shui course set high in the mountains of the Jura and Three Lakes region of Switzerland.
The Jura Mountains displayed a rich tapestry of the forms of the 9 Jui Stars and the students were blessed with the leadership of our truly knowledgeable Master who lead them up hills and down dales in their quest to understand the true root of Chue Style Feng Shui.
The mountains are where Grand Master Chan is most at home and to watch him work was a privilege to behold. The form of the mountains was like that of the internal workings of a Swiss watch. To witness Master Chan working and his immense skills in sensing the energy of the mountains was like watching the internal workings of a computer. His mind was so quick and so sharp and every student was blessed with a lair that was totally tailor made to their needs.
The lairs were many and varied and there was no hiding place from the sharp eye of the Master. The lair in the image above was found in the top of a very distinguished rock which stood alone on the mountain side. The years of responsibility were etched in this rock’s face which can be seen resting against Grand Master Chan’s legs in the image. The lesson at the time was “to pay attention to what is important in the form”. This lair was used for wisdom, decision making and success in business.
There was a lair the shape of a hand complete with the five fingers all of which held a different energy. The small finger for example is elegant and looks quiet but actually it is not. This lair was used for a person to encourage more confidence and belief in the self. There was a lair that looked like the shape of an ear which was used for someone in need of better communication with a loved one. The gifts just kept on coming. The mountains were very happy to welcome the expertise of Grand Master Chan and his understanding of their energy. There was no doubt that they felt relieved that at last someone appreciated and understood the immense contribution they make to the lives of the people in the surrounding district.
On behalf of the students of the 2011 Yin Feng Shui course I would like to say an immense thank you to Grand Master Chan and his amazing team of helpers: Susanna Lau and Master Jacqueline Miettinen worked day and night in their quest to help the students understand the experience. Master Pamela Forsyth and the Swiss hosts, Master Lionel Bustini and Magali Weiss did everything they could to ensure our safety and comfort.
In the mountains Alberto Pola, Jose Campos Rios and Burkhard Beigel worked hard digging the ground for the burial of the foundations. It was team work at its best.
